Q: What is bond cleaning?
A. bond clean is performed when a tenant moves out of a rental property. Bond cleaning is also known as end of lease and exit or move out cleaning. Real estate agents and property managers require a deep clean of the property so its ready for the new tenants. If you are a tenant it is your responsibility to have property cleaned. Many people will hire a professional cleaning company to perform the job.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of the house. An average modern 3 bedroom home normally takes 3-4 hours if its in good condition. A 3 bedroom home in bad condition can take 12 hours or more. Each property has individual requirements.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Below is a price table which gives you average costs. Please note prices can vary depending on various criteria including wall washing or just spot cleaning, balconies, garages and window cleaning requirements.

Q: Do you have a bond back guarantee?
A: Yes we do. Our guarantee is valid for 7 days. It is only available to fully paid accounts and pending your real estate agent or landlords inspection.
Q: Do you offer window cleaning?
A: Absolutely. All internal windows are included in the price. External windows are additional. Please discuss your requirements with our team.
Q: Do you provide gardening and mowing?
A: Yes but it is an additional cost. Please ask us for a quote for your outside areas that need doing.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, every cleaner has $10,000,000 P/L (public liability) Insurance.
Q: What hours do you operate?
A: We are open 9.am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. We take bookings 7 days a week.
Q: Do you only clean
A: We cover all of South East Queensland. Areas include Brisbane Northside, Southside, West and East, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
